Flee Part Two

by Jenni Marie   Apr 16, 2007

*Too understand this, you will need to read Flee Part One.
Both parts are written from different perspectives, and both are based on a novel I am currently writing.**

Following close behind
My heart beating fast
Wishing this excitement
Could always last.

Feeling this girl's terror
Slowly enveloping me
Knowing I have to complete this task
She can not get away free.

Watching in bliss
As she trips over the ground
Smiling at this wh0re
That I have found.

Closing the distance between us
Exhilaration pumping my veins
Smirking at the newspapers
Which claim I am not sane.

Leaping upon her back
Both crashing too the floor
In a matter of minutes
This girl will be no more.

Grunting as she lashes out
Feeling blood upon my face
Knowing it will be worthwhile
When she vanishes without a trace.

Slipping my blade from my coat
Caressing it in my palm
Such a trusty tool
To cause grievous harm.

Swiping with a powerful blow
Feeling her entire body contract
Watching her pupils dilate
With the force of impact.

Smiling as her blood pours out
Listening to her shallow breaths
Mind calming once again
As she is sent to her death.

    Oh my...
That is so chilling.. that's so..
It's horrible that there are people out there that take pleasure in snuffing young lives out in a moment.. But it's true..
And this poem portrays the other side of the story..
    It's so powerful..
    5/5
