That night when you held me
So close to your heart
The warm summer breeze
Didn't want us apart

You kissed me so gently
As I stayed in your arms
Watching flames of the fire
Protected from what once had harms

All the kids ran around
As we looked at the light
It ignited like our love
On that warm summer night

In the last week of June
