Artemis woke up once more,
these dreams wouldn't leave him alone.
His heart is beating fast,
and his breathing is rapid.
He really wants to find this girl,
this girl that he fell in love with,
the girl who lays on her bed,
looking out the window.
A walk,
he says to himself.
That's what is he really needs.
Lunette woke up with an interesting feeling,
a feeling of happiness and a new need to feel loved.
As she left her bed,
she thought of true love,
and how she wish it would find her soon.
I think I go outside for a moment,
she thought.
Little did they know,
they walked out in the darkness at the same time,
of the same night.
On the entirely open dark street,
they were alone,
except for the gentle hum of the grasshoppers.
The streetlights flickered,
as they first saw each other.
Lunette stopped in her tracks,
turned around and ran.
Artemis,
seeing the girl from his dreams,
ran after her.
She was quick,
but he was quicker,
his long legs were made for long distances.
Hello,
Artemis starts to say.
Lunette cuts him off-
I can't breathe,
I can't see,
Please do not hurt me.
Even though I can't feel at all,
she replies.
I would never hurt you,
I have loved you for far too long,
my dear Lunette,
Daughter the Moon and the stars of above.
How am I so sure: I do not know your name.
Lunette takes a step back,
cautious with every move.
Artemis explains everything to her,
his dreams,
and his life.
She is slow to take it in,
but she accepts it.
I been waiting for you,
she replies.
I have been waiting for my true love,
and you have come.
