You're Not Alone

When you think you're all alone
And no one cares about you,
When you think you're the only one,
Who feels the way you do,
You're not alone,
I know what you're going through.

You may think,
That no one understands you,
But I do, and I'll always be here for you.
I'll pull you through the pain,
I'll make sure you don't go insane.

Yeah, there are times,
When I think I'm all alone,
But I've come to realize,
That I'm not,
There's tons of people
Who are going through the same things.

    Cliche.
    But.
    I liked the beginning paragraph; you could of had something there.
    The rhyme was a bit cliche, too.

    I liked it. The freeverse and part rhyme was great. Excellent poem, I really enjoyed it. I know exactly what you're talking about and I don't think enough people write slightly more positive poems like these.

    I liked this one but I think that if you were to get rid of the I's and the You's and use a few more metaphores it would sound a little bit better. The message however was wonderful I loved it.
