In the beginning
There was me
And you loved it
It started with me
And you ended it
By killing me
Our life is so simple
We exist because
They allow us to
But soon even this will change
The gods envy us there tools
We live in a place they could only fathom
But alas there fear became them
And in this fatal moment they sinned
And gave rise to man
This was the birth of our death
But at the same time our destiny
We were fated to live and....
Fated to die, life is but a dream
A dream that you cannot awaken from
And so the gods have their laughs as we,
We humans express our humanity
And wage war, steal, lie and kill
In the name of what's just
But to no avail, because...
We are human, and death is all
that we have waiting for us
for all eternity; we are doomed
who will save us?
