Let them through let them be close to you. share your thoughts with them if you can, let them know you, let them love you let them see who you are trying to be not who you are when your trying to please them....
if you fear being hurt let them past your hand but don't let them get to far into your heart. hold them close but not close enough to tear you apart.
let them all see you and allow yourself to be happy and be with them, allow yourself to be around those you love and cherish. let your friends near and if they threaten to hurt you...don't hide yourself speak up and speak loud and clear tell them the truth else it will fail and it will be painful.
