We were brought together for a reason, a purpose none the less
It may have been for conflict or just some random test
I needed you, you needed me
We were fine, ok, and just left to be
So you dried my tears and helped free my confusion
You helped me come to my latest conclusions
You watched as i bled infront of your eyes
You held me close when i cried
We would argue, disagree and fight all the time
We had misjudgements and mistakes all taken to mind
You had flaws and so did I, but mine were more
You continued to watch as I bled even more
So you did some crying too and the bleeding
We knew all along who we truly were needing
You needed her, and I needed you and him
You only needed one, I needed the two
And I ran out of things to do
So you never once cried for me, you never once bled
You never once let a tear shed
I didn't mean as much to you as you did me
I made the biggest mistakes and you just let them be
I apologize over and over again
I'm sorry and I'm gonna end up causing pain again
So will you ever cry, shed a tear for me
