I Love The Way You Love Me (Parquette)

by Jenni Marie   Apr 21, 2007

I love the way you love me
And the way you constantly make me smile
Loving you is something so easy to do
To my heart you have stolen away the key.

I love the way you love me
I love how you make everything seem worthwhile
I love how you never leave me hurt and blue
I love how you're completely without guile.

I love the way you love me
Hoping whatever happens we'll always get through
With you, I want to someday walk up the aisle
Praying that you will always love me to.

I love the way you love me
How when I'm lonely you pick up the phone and dial
Never felt these feelings before, for me they're new
Honey, you're the one that I most value.

Parquette contains four stanzas, each containing four lines. The first line of the poem is repeated in every stanza as the first line.
Each line except the first has 10-12 syllables.
The rhyme scheme is AbcaAbcbAcbcabcc
