I am I

by Athena Horn   Apr 21, 2007

I am wishing
On a wishing well
That no one can really tell
That it will make your wish come true

I am dreaming
On a dream cloud
That can make thunder so loud
If it wants to

I am walking
On a lonely road
That is told
To be leading to a dead end

I am telling
A never-ending story
That is boring
To others but not to me

I am swimming
In a deep sea
That will never seen
To anyone but me

I am flying
On air so light
That will never fight
Against me

I am writing
A poem of life
That thrives
For minds like mine.

I was REALLY sad this day and was being made fun of, but hey life is life and I am I.

(Note: Corn sprouts when a corny phrase or joke is said)
