How Broken

Lets tear apart this heart
See whats left inside
Why, there is only nothing
Then why did she try to hide?
She began to weep
And then she had said
It was all she felt
Kept her alive although half dead
The guy had frowned
Asked then why did she give it away
She opened her mouth to answer
But she had nothing to say
Three words ran through her mind
For she thought he knew
