Symphony of Love

by Bill Turner   Apr 21, 2007

The symphony of my heart pounds out a crescendo
A driving wall of sound drowning the noise of life
Forcing it to the background, unheard by my ears
The sound of love, passion and desire is all I hear
Wanting to pull you close, draw you near

The beat of our hearts riffing to one another
A dueling beat of love and desire
Jamming in time to our pounding love
As the music of our magic fills the room
Chasing away all the dark, all the gloom

Conductors we are together
Hands moving in unison to drive the flow
Building to another crescendo of sighs
As our bodies strive to keep pace
Passion and desire upon each face

Before the melody becomes ever so slow
Rockets, cannons and drums beat like thunder
Climaxing with a burst of tumultuous sound
Lying in each others arms the melody of love
Drifting around the room like a dove
