Losing Control

Tension and anger, in my body and mind,
confusion and betrayal, is what I find
I wonder, what were you thinking when,
you lost control of yourself, again.

Love and happiness, there was a time when I still possessed those,
loathing and hate, are the only emotions that still grows
How can you just knock me down, telling me that everything is my fault,
bruises and a heart ache,those are the results.

Sadness and despair, is what I feel when you raise your hand again,
self-pity and pain are the emotions that I gain
In your eyes I cant do anything right,
but all of that will end tonight.

Compassion and sorrow, is what my friends and family felt in many ways,
rescued and now loved, after a couple of days,
I finally have no bruises any more, every trace of you has been erased.
maybe now I can be happy and embrace my future with open arms.
