Call of Death

by Seronum   Apr 23, 2007

Hello my resurrection to the end.

My final breath before the end.

Iv waited for you to calm my shroud.

But now your gone beneath the crowd.

Destructive thoughts that carry on,
Killing me beyond the dawn.

Iv heard your call so far away.

Its distant tune so cold and gray.

Your blue expression so decomposed.

As hatred enters my heart is closed.

You never looked to help me breathe.

Drained of life I fall to knees.

This infinite paradox is here to stay.

You failed my soul I'm forced to pray.

Today the rope is tied with pain.

As I wait for death my blood is drained.
From inside out iv bled for days.

through whispering chaos,
You call my name.

But no longer can i hear your call.
Because of you iv wasted it all.

I felt your sadness and loss within this poem, the use of double spacings has really helped in the sense of the poem having such a profound impact on me... there is a couple of lines together, i dont know if it was intended, but i think it would be better with them apart... but on the whole really good. i enjoy reading your work!!
