How Long Does A Tear TakeTo Dry?

Some can be gone instantly
Some can last for days
Some take months to heal
While others never go away.

Some are well known
While others go unheard
For some people they're common
While for other's they're most absurd.

Sometimes they go unnoticed
All the time questioning why
Someone come and tell me
How long a tear takes to dry?

    I loved the metaphor of tears in this poem, because although it is a metaphor it still has connotations of other sad things. i think that the structure and the language you used was really effective and you seem to have maximised the power in this poem.
