Holding fast to my dreams
And never letting go
I am finally going to let
My true feelings show

Showing my true feelings
I go the extra length
And holding on to you
I feel full of strength

Strength to pull myself
Out of this deep rut
To open my heart
Which I have locked shut

But if you gain my trust
