Self Assault

How do you deal when you realize you were wrong?
when you see that it's not what your brain was saying but the singing of your souls song.
how do you cope when the thing you want most in the world you cant have?
when your sitting there looking at him and all you can see is the memories you had.
how do you laugh and smile and be happy when your heart is broken inside?
when at any moment those pieces will stab you and make you cry.
what do you do when you need to talk but nothing will come out?
when you confused out of your mind but you cant seem to get those thoughts out.
but...
what do you do when you realize it was all your fault?
yet you can't go back and fix things because it means that everyone will see your self assault.
