Sanctified...

by Neo Castelino   Apr 25, 2007

Flying towards its destiny,
a bird broke its wings.
It never imagined,
the worst of things.

It came down falling,
down to the ground.
Helpless and wingless,
it lay astound.

It kept falling down,
with emotions to ashes.
But it kept the hope,
down it crashes.

It tried to fly,
but it couldn't see.
Still it kept on saying,
Help me Lord and deliver me.

It said, 'Smile the child of God
and do not be sorrow,
Cause everythin you've lost
will come back tomorrow'.

Staggering the desert,
it laid aside.
Lost the flight,
but stayed alive.

A year and a month over,
an angel came from above.
Blessed it with flight forever,
Sanctified by glory and love.

It bursted up in tears,
witnessing the miracle.
Jumped the cliff without fears,
thanking the heavenly angel.

Flying towards it's destiny,
it found the greatest love.
It attained the grace so free,
Glorified from heaven above...

Always,
Neo.
