The innocents of children,
is something we can no longer comprehend.
How such small things can seem so amazing
and wondrous.

Children bend over to smell flowers,
and their uncoordination and innocents
brings humbleness to our hearts.
They look to the sky
and instead of seeing rays,
they see Jesus
warming the earth with his arms.

They meet another child
and in five minutes
their best friends
holding hands,
hugging,
and giving little kisses.

They sit on your lap
and stroke your hand
while asking
"Why does it rain mommy?"
or
"Whats work daddy?"
and they look to you
with their sweet
questioning eyes.

Looking at a child gives you
the hope you need to make it thro each minute.
Playing with a child give you the joy
you need to get thro each day.
Having a child gives you the endurance
you need to get thro in a life time.

We should adore and admire a child for
giving us the only light that
helps us see thro
this dark and deceiving world.
