I feel sorrow
I feel pain
I know so many things
Yet not know how to explain.

I feel so alone
I feel so empty
No one knows what Im feeling
If only they could see.

Ive gained so little
And so much Ive lost
A persons life
We could never make a cost.

Ive lost almost everyone
Except for you
And then I get told youre dying

You are my best friend

The thought of losing you
