Close To The Flame

You write so amazing love poems. This piece is completely captivating, so superb. I like it from the beginning to the end, very stanza has great flow and excellent choice of words. Whole poem holds effective atmosphere, it is fast to read but it leaves a lot of images in the mind.

Oooh, I saw this in the contest forum and just had to comment on it.

I love the quick flow it adds an element of intensity that sets off the entire piece.
It's usually easy for me to pick my favorite lines in a poem, but there are so many to chose from.
I'll just say the ending is flawless.

Starting off reading that, I really didn't think I'd like it..but as I read on..I did. =)

"I hurt too feel,
And feel too scream,
Open my mind,
To the darkness of dream."

^^ That stanza, I had to read the first few lines a few times to get what was trying to be said, but they ended up being my favorite in the poem. =)
