Blue Spheres

Blue spheres so beautiful
blue spheres I see all the time
sometimes they are bright
and they show me a perfect world
a utopia
at times they are dull
and they show me a world of pain and hurt
a world so grotesque
anyone known to escape it
should be considered a hero
no matter what these blue spheres are like
I would kill to see them everyday
and I am sad if I don't
for when they are bright
they bring me great happiness
and when dull
they bring me great sadness
they show me the future
they show me the past
these blue spheres are like mirrors into a majestic world
a world thought to exist in fairy tales
but it is in that world that I live to see each day
to stare into those beautiful blue spheres
