My Vow of Silence

by Anna La Fleur   Apr 27, 2007

Silence.
Pretension.
No truth allowed.
I take this vow.
Nothing will break me.
I will not bend.
Though, some believe I am twisted already.
This life, in lacking love, cannot be.
Acceptance is within reach.
All they have to do is stretch.
Instead they cut off their hands.
