This past week has been so hard
Fighting
Not really being able to talk like old times
It hurts
And I miss you
But what I'm going to miss most
Is your voice
I'm going to miss the talks on the phone
The laughs we shared
I'm going to miss the days where we would talk for hours
Telling me of your day
And how life couldn't get any better
I'm going to miss the comfort of you being there
Of you telling me everything is alright
But really, most of all
I'm going to miss that gushy sensation you gave me
Where you made me feel like I was the only one who mattered
I'm going to miss saying "I Love You"
And hearing it come back from the one person I love
