I`m on the phone talking to my friend
As i reach for the remote and turn the TV on
What I see is UNBELIEVABLE
the voice from my brain is gone

You died 4 hours ago in an accident
I still can`t believe it was in our town
I`m shocked and horrified too
What in the world am i supposed to say now?

Hello, is anyone there i say
My voice is trembling with fear
Yea, what is it Untamed?
Is all that rings in my ear

I`m doubting the fact it was you who died
Yet i can`t keep my eyes off the news
They said they found a golden watch
and a pair of new alligator shoes

They were yours my friend
You surely are gone for real
I hang the phone as quickly as i can
and run to my room in tears

I look at the photo of us together
I cry so hard it hurts my heart
I still can`t believe it was you on the phone
The thought of all this rips me apart
