Sunday Kiss

by abby   Apr 28, 2007

She was a large framed woman
Her dress was a tent
But behind her cheap lipstick
She would never relent

Her intentions were good
But she seemed a bit greedy
To get away from that kiss
I had to be speedy

We could count on Mrs. Mildred
Week after week
She could never resist
That pinch on the cheek

And not only that
After the sermon by the preacher
We head right for Mrs. Mildred
As our Sunday school teacher
