You questioned someone, Now i answer

by Naerwen   Apr 28, 2007

Am i disgusted with your perfect form ?
Your empty immensity ( what does the silence tell you)

Do i despair when you wither away ?
Your shrinking contours ( is the stillness not enough )

There is no revulsion in my eyes, to look upon you,
Your quiet destruction ( no tears can be seen )

What thoughts prevail in my emptiness ?
My lonesome duo ( wouldn't you like to know )

Am i truly jealous of this worthy beauty ?
Your depleating load ( don't mock me )

Do i think its easy to watch this glorious asecension ?
Your soaring flight ( its suffocating me )

Is it hard for me to know you are better ?
Do i care you improve ? ( it's killing me )

I don't see the worse of your burden on this side,
It bothers me you are declining ( take me with you )

i know you are better than me always,
Stop saying you never were,
You see i am failing ( gaining )
It must be good to know you were always six spaces forward,
( i didn't leave you behind, i was the one left standing )

I greatly appreciate your words...indeed this was written at a time I was overwhelmed by emotions and anger was seething. I am glad this came across so strongly to you, I know that my anger was real because someone else can feel it.

    again, thank you very much.

    best wishes
