The baby was growing just fine.
I was only 2 months along.
This was going to change my life,
But I was ready for it.
I finally told my mom,
she was mad, and then happy.
Sitting in the doctors on a cold rainy day,
my mom sitting there shacking.
She was scaring me.
Holding my stomach,
I prayed for everything to be alright.
It wasn't alright.
It was all my fault.
I loved this joy of my life,
it was only in me for 2 months
but it was my everything.
Knowing how other moms feel,
about losing a child,
how much hurt they can go through.
But the one man I told,
said it was for the better.
I don't think so,
I know it was going to change my life,
but I was ready for the challenge.
