can never encompass what it seems
to see heaven's face in ethereal dreams

"A glimpse of paradise"
cannot begin to clearify or explain
dancing with her in warm summer rain

"As love's very warmth"
doesn't come close, doesn't feel right
for being under blankets, together all night

"Starstruck in love"
simple stars can never measure
what it is to be together

"Like a raindrop in the ocean"
seems as a simile or metaphor
nothing to describe the one I adore
