Althought this poem was story-like, it was very interesting and I was kept on edge the entire time. This was a really good poem, very well written. I can't wait to read some of your newer poems!..

It is story like, but still leaves it to the imagination as to what you are fighting for. A heart? Ones love? and so on, or whatever you feel when you read it. Everybody finds a different meaning in what they read, which makes this a great write. Good job.

    Hey,
i personally didnt read this like a story i thouyht it was a poem. And a good one at that. The title of the poem makes me intruged, a battle into the heart? It ameks me curious to what the poem is about. The first line caught my attention and made me want to read on. The entire poem kept that attention. You had a good rhyme sceheme going on, i liked it.

    "Willing to sacrifice your heart
In order to win the fight"

I htought those two linbes concluded thje poem brilliantly. I liekd how it ended. It was quite sad nad i thought it summed the entire poem up. A brilliant read, to improvbe i suggest you use punctuation. Keep writing! Thank you for your comment. xx

At the start of the poem I was amazed at how well it flowed, the use of words and the way you put them together is amazing.
The second to last stanza feels a little off. But that last stanza closes out the poem so well.
I read it a couple times, and showed it to a friend. She agrees you did a wonderful job, def a 5/5.
And thanks for the comment you left me, I'm glad you liked it.. and I'm really glad you understood my poem.
Keep up the good work on yours.. You're very good at it. =)

I forgot to copy my favorite stanza, but it was the one talking about giving up the king, and it was a game of chess and such. I loved that stanza. :D

You did a wonderful job with this poem. I loved how you compared it to chess and such, wonderful idea.

I like the "storyline" behind this poem. It seems like a little bit of forced rhyming is being used in a few places, so work on that, but other than that it was excellent.
