The autumn leaves.

by Alex   May 1, 2007

The sun is shining, the trees are all different colors, I crunch through the fallen leaves, and feel the crisp air around my knees.

The wind blows my hair, as I feel through the air. excitement goes through me, when I think of Halloween so near, I want all that candy and cheer.

Witchs and wizards, ghouls and goblins. all dance and sing, and wear huge rings. Dressing up is key, to go trick or treating with me, I may be too old, but I don't care, I'll dress up, and do my hair.

The leaves fall and fall, and I love it all, run through them with me, and maybe even kiss me. Autumn is so romantic, as much as the movie titanic.

The warm sweaters, and cuddley rosey cheeks, a fur coat made of minks.

I loved this part because it related so much to me. I still go trick-or-treating every year with my friends (though so of the houses stopped giving up candy ^.^). Your never to old to have fun! *5/5*

    Thanks that's awesome.

  • They way you wrote this poem was like drawing a picture for your readers, that is a really important thing, and not always easy to do, keep it up girly.
