He was not satisfication

by Sharlene   May 1, 2007

I said that I would never go
But like a bird I had to fly
Tears flowed down and his breath trembled
As he watched and wondered why
I packed my clothes and blocked him out
didn'tâ??t want to see his face
So to make things move a little faster
I quickly changed my paste
It broke me up to hear him holler
But what he had I did not need
And as I turned and drove away
He watched me so with heed
He did not ask for me to stay
Just hugged me and said by
My heart inside it just stopped beating
As the tears fell from his eye
I ddidn't??t know that as I left
His life and heart did too
His world had suddenly tumbled down
His heart it broke in two
For him I told myself to stay
But deep down I did not care
Iâ??d rather be alone an happy
Then sad like was there
