Dead end

by The Pessimistic Peabody   May 1, 2007

The various paths of life
by which i may choose to go
are lined up in front of me
organized row by row

but to say its a simple decision
would be both false and far too bold
for attempts to grasp one sends them flying off
like birds round' toons knocked out cold

later they tire and slow
though will mocking twinkles in their eyes
with snare in hand my mind screams action
but my body lies paralyzed

innumerable days have come and gone
with this endless repetition
an inmate in the prison of my own mind
better known as indecision

The first part of this piece had alot of flow to it and read very well when the middle hit it seemed to go off and by the ending the flow was gone. The message was ok but the flow was so baddly dumped I just could see the work accomplished message Oh nice try. Plot121
