What We've Done, It Was Out of Love (Lesbian Poem)

Walking through the park,
Hand to hand,
Dirty looks strike at us,
They don't understand.

Loving her was all I did.
Kissing her right then and there,
They forbid.

They kicked me down till I could'nt come up,
Blood was every where,
And the shouting would'nt shut up!

People surrounded us,
As if it was a circus.
I asked god to forgive them of their wrong doings,
Because nobody's perfect.

Everyone around me started to leave,
As fast as I could, I ran to her.
I could hardly see.

I kneel next her to see if she's ok,
Blue and bloody,
I didn't know what to say.

Trying to bring her back to life,
Her heart would'nt give.
I wanted to ask her to be my wife,
But she did'nt live.

    I hate people who dont understand it and refuse to its no different LOVE IS LOVE its the same feeling. i'm Gay and Proud of it...i get dirty looks whenever people see me and my girl in public bu i have supportive friends...

    this is such a sad peice but it so beautifully written

    Im pretty much not really into guys, but i am sometimes, so i have no idea whats going on in that head of mine, i like girls, i have done stuff with one girl, I think I'm bi, but i want to more than that.. I also have a boyfriend, but i dont think he understands i..
