    I frikken LOVE this!
Wolves are my favourite animal, so I really, really enjoyed reading this =)
The opening stanza was beautifully done, really pulled me into the poem, and from there on it just got better and better.
The imagery used blew me away, it was so elegantly used, and created very vivid pictures.
    I love it!

A very, very good piece. The structure and flow was flawless. The rhymes were perfect, and the words were wonderfully creative, which painted, not only a wonderful scene, but also a terrific story . All in all, a well written poem. I hope your others are just as good, or dare I say, perhaps even better. My favorite stanza has to be the closing one. In my novice opinion, I think that the first and last stanzas should always be the best.

P.S. I'm going to vote you for the weekly poetry contest. Good luck, and I hope you win

what a beautiful poem. The imagery was excellent.

She stops outside a snowy den
    Hidden inside a peaceful glen
Listening for the sounds of snores
Her little cubs, she so adores

This stanza touched me the image of the little cubs.
    Take care love Cindy

This is really delightful to read. An eerie sense of ambiguity stirrs throughout this piece in a way which made me long to learn more about it. As always, I'm enchanted. This piece is simply wonderful. Thanks for sharing hun! Love, Debbie
