It's over now,
You're gone,
Drained from my soul,
Swept out of my life,
It was there,
I knew it was there,
The love,
The passion,
But it's all over,
Now I need you to smile one last time,
Tell me that it will be OK,
That you're not faking it,
That I was worth the fight one time,
That you really needed me at one stage,
And now that we part,
As I am departed from your heart,
I'll apologize for not being good enough,
I take back all my neglected love....
I'm sorry it wasn't good enough...

    I really like this poem....i can really relate to it .....its very passionate...i like when you said "now i need you to smile one last time Tell me that it will be ok"...i really like that part i can really relate to that saying...lol....great job!...and thanks for the nice comments you left me ..they were a great help!...im glad you liked my poems ...yeah i need to work on them lol...so thanks again!
