Loving You

by Lauren   May 2, 2007

Floating on a cotton cloud
Listening to the birds sing loud
I gaze upon a pair of eyes
My stomach floods with butterflies

Shining like the morning light
As they catch my line of sight
I see his figure becoming clearer
Feeling each other drawing nearer

Stopping close, we stand and stare
Thinking softly, do we dare?
With a gentle touch he takes my hand
Smiling, unable to withstand

Two hearts beat fast
For we know this will last
We whisper in each other's ears
Loving you for coming years
