Silence

by The Lonely Rose   May 3, 2007

Living a life but not living here.
Don't know what to do in this world,
Hurt,
Ditched constantly,
A mask a smiles put on my face.
Never to be taken off in the light of day.
Life can hurt can't it?

Leave me in the cold,
Only to feel numbing pain.
Beat me,
With only streams of tears fall upon my face.
Inside I will only be dead.

Slam me into the ground.
What more will it do.
I'm invisible.
I'm pushed as I am not there.

You can hang with me for a second a ditch,
I will not care.
I will not say a word.
It hurts but I keep forever my mouth shut.
If I am depressed.
I'll shut up
You can yell at me.
I will just keep quiet.

Only inside I will be yelling.
I will be cry and screaming.
Of the agony pain that you placed me upon..
Do whatever you like.
I'll be living here still.

Great sad poem, I usually don't read poem that don't rhyme but this one was neat. I like the emotions in feelings that are penned here again...........GP
