Contradictions

Contradictions ( Collab Contest )
By FinalGravedigger and ChaoticBB(I'm with stupid)

Contradictions,
Wherever the light shines
the shadows rise
Where ever the good is great
the bad is just the same.

Love is something great,
something hard to break,
fighting for it is worth the pain.

But proving that its true is hard
and usually ends in heartbreak.
All the love around us is fake,
and it's as much as one can take.

The truth shall prevail
the truth is above all
the truth shows us right and wrong.

But truths is just as faint,
always heard but never seen
The truth is like world peace,
it's just a fleeting dream.

Justice is the scale that holds
the balance of life.
It is our fate and creates the line.

But the word "Injustice" still exists,
and constantly about.
With people pointing blames to others,
the injustice will never run out

Life will always have a balance,
where there is light so is the dark.
The cycle will go round and round,
and will just begin and restart.

I absolutely LOVE this poem. i don't normally read this type of poem, but i'm looking around as i don't know where my poetry is taking me at the minute.
this was amazing, it was so well worded and just flowed. what i also liked was the actual message behind it. it was so true and you managed to right about a real life problem (for want of a better word) and still make a great poem.

    well done
