crying, pain, and tears = crying and tears are pretty much the same thing. Find another noun or adjective.

Nothings okay= Nothing's okay

And as the last line, i suggest putting:

"Only... Me..." It would create intimacy between the reader and the writer, making the poem that much better

Overall, this poem could use some grammar work, but it is pretty good. Keep writing m'dear
