Real or dream

Just when i thought i lost all my hope
thought i was alone, all by myself
just when i thought i couldn't cope
i found this one person who wanted to help

so i told her about everything
and now i don't feel so alone
its not her job to fix it
but i know I'm not on my own

she has made me stop relying on the knife
made me realize that yes i can win
now i believe she is staying in my life
but is this real, or just another dream?
