Crawl Inside

by Miss Megan   May 5, 2007

Blow the smoke in my mouth,
Your lips softly pressed to mine.
Smother me with your words,
It was all only a matter of time.

Do you want to see me fall?
Watch me now,
Watch me now.

I lost myself so long ago, you see.
I just cant take is, the uncertainty.
And it's okay that you don't notice,
It doesn't matter to me anymore.

Your arms are pulling me close,
Your head nuzzled in my neck.
I lie awake staring at the ceiling,
Is it okay for me to pretend?

And do you want to see me fall?
Watch me now,
Watch me now.

I lost myself so long ago, you see.
I just cant take is, the uncertainty.
And it's okay that you don't notice,
It doesn't matter to me anymore.

You open up to me,
Letting me crawl inside.
I know all there is to know,
There's nothing left to find.

And do you want to see me fall?
You want to see me f.ucking fall?
Then watch me now,
And tell me how.

Because I lost myself so long ago, you see.
I just cant take this s.hit, the uncertainty.
And it's okay that you never notice,
Nothing matters to me anymore.
