It's really heartbreaking when a homeless person walks up to you begging,
"Do you have any spare change that you can lend me?"
It's even more heartbreaking when most of us ignore them saying,
"Nope." without even checking our pockets for a penny.
Money has gotten people very greedy making them think selfishly about no one else
when they should be helping other people who are in more of a need than themselves
People haven't realized they are so lucky to have the things they have
when most bums just have a blanket and a cart full of cans
Bums walk around jobless, thirsty, and hungry everyday with no where to go
Most people don't notice, but most bums don't have a place to call home
A lot of people often complain about the food they're about to eat or what they have
Where most bums go days without eating until they're forced to search in garbage cans
People don't realize how lucky and so easy their life is
I'm sure any bum would trade anyone's life for his
because he knows anyone's life is much better than the one that he has made
He knows he doesn't want to continue on not eating or bathing for many days
