You and me, Will always be, the best of friends, But you have to see
Though we fight, almost everyday, I�ve never loved you less, in any way
They say opposites attract and I know that�s true, that�s what we are mom, me and you
You�re always there. Through good times and bad, think of all the memories and good times that we had
We do everything together, and I rely on you, and I know you�ll always love me, Know matter what I do
Because we�ve been through so much, but your still here, you�re always with me, during every tear
And every smile, and you always will, because you are my mother, and that�s a spot nobody else can fill
I�ll care for you, and you�ll care for me, And this bond we have, Is a special bond you see,
Because it will never rip, it�s closed real tight, and every time we argue, it pulls on the strings with all its might
There stronger then steel, So those strings will never break, These strings that hold our bond together, Everything that comes there way, they�ll take
So on this special day, I try to do, Everything I know, you�d want me to
So here are a few things, and I think that you�ll agree, I thought of you this time, And not so much about me
Don�t make your bed, that�s my job today, and I�ll clean the dishwasher, I know you�ll like it this way
Me doing the things, you�ve asked me to do in the past, but it�s only for today, so make sure it lasts
I�ll clean the cat�s litter, and whatever else you need done, I�ll do it with a smile, And pretend to have fun J
