Home Alone

by Disturbed and Under Age   May 5, 2007

Head low, shoulders bent, like she's broken
In 24 hours she hasn't spoken
Sapphire blue, unfocused eyes
believing all words were meant to be lies
if they love her, she can't feel it
she's a crumbling wall, but they don't know it
all alone, in a crowd, in an empty place
all alone, right here, in time and space
Don't say you love her, she'll deny it
she doesn't want it, she wont buy it
she's alone inside herself and they cant read her mind
she's all alone in there, a little girl gone blind
too many crosses to bare
with no one to care
no one to prove that she is worth something
to say they care if she's dead or living
she's home alone
where no one can stop her
she's home alone
where no one will hold her
