Resurrection {Double Nove Otto}

by xTheEcstasyOfSuicidex   May 6, 2007

This poem states that flowers die and night, and live during the day.
````````````````````````````````````````````
At the turn of dusk every night,
It turns for the dark, does the light,
And every thing loses its shine.
Flowers will whimper as they die,
Hope for the best; try not to cry,
The darkness will leave once it dines.
Midnight will steal the flowers sheen,
Mother Nature; no longer queen;
Tell those flowers they will be fine.
The darkness will live for so long,
All you have to do is stay strong,
Then it will die and then be gone.
If you have hope light will save you,
The night will banish and be through,
Then the flowers can breathe for dawn.
Resurrect after the long night,
Then you can live long, free, and bright,
And smile brightly for the lawn.
    Wow what a very unique look at nature. I liked how you took the first verse and showed the flowes dying in the night and how it was and then turned it right around and showed them comming back to life when the sunlight touched the sky. The message I got out of this was no matter how dark something is it will always get better in time. Not sure if thats what you wanted to send out but that's what I got. I loved how in the night you made it seem hopeless and sad but as soon as you started talking about the sun I felt refreshed and felt as though everything was fine. Nice job.
