You don't want me, but I do.

by Isabelle   May 6, 2007

I am confused,
I want to forget how to feel,
because every time I do,
I always get hurt.

I held your hand once,
in hope that you'd like me for a while.
I had felt at home at night,
because I thought you were mine,
as to I was yours,
but now you don't want me.

I have liked somebody body else for a while,
though I put them away.
I told my brain I had you,
so it agreed,
and the other just faded away,
but now you don't want me.

Even though I am hurt,
I keep on,
the trees still grow,
the wind still blows,
and I am moving on again.

I like the other,
because you won't give me the time of day,
because you don't want me.

You don't want me,
but I do.
I have fallen,
and you forgot to catch me,
but I didn't fall apart completely.

I want to be able to feel,
so I will live.

I want to hear children laughing,
I want to see nature growing everyday that I live.

I know you don't want me,
but I do.
I want to live life to the fullest,
even it's short and I die three days from now,
I want to LIVE!
