Our Love is Gone

Our Love Is Gone
By: Natalie Heym

Our Love Is Gone
I just wish I knew what went wrong
You left me and now I do nothing
But listen to sad love songs
I am hurting and it feels so wrong
Now you are gone

I often miss you
I just want to kiss you
You know I have never laid a fist on you
Hours and Days go by, and I still wish for you
I wish you just knew how much I really miss you

Our Times were grand
We always made love on your land
I wish we would have went threw with our plans
Now I don't have you, and that I can't stand
You are always my #1 woman

You are just a Memory
Now things just don't appear to me
I know you will never be here by me
So I just put my hidden tears behind me
I hope one day, you plan on finding me
I don't want to put this all behind me

Great job. A wonderful & emotional poem written about a lost love. In some ways, I can relate. The flow was flawless & your emotions were strong.
