One Year of Lessons

by Ben   May 7, 2007

Its finals time once again
The students heads are full of information
Dates, Equations, Compositions, and Terms.
Mine seems to be the rouge that cant focus on these things
My mind is still on you

This year has taught me a lot
Many lessons I never wanted to learn
Lessons I never thought Id need
But I have learned them all
And learned them well

So here is what has been learned

Nice Guys do always finish last
As do the actual good guys

Words are worth nothing
As are many actions by many people

Your friends are only really there until it gets hard
Then they get angry with you

You can't fight for what you want
You will always lose

Life is not just unfair
It's out to get you

Too miss someone a lot makes you emo
Even when your really not

Time can never close a wound
It just hides deeper

If a wound is reopened things better work
Falling for someone completely twice and it never working
Really sucks

Any hopes you have for the future are worthless
Things never work out

Those that say they will be there for you
Never are and never understand

**These rules apply to very few unlucky people
