She wakes up everyday...
To find herself in a strange place again
She stands in the mirror and wonders
who it is staring back at her reflection

She tries to see

Living in a world where she has to hide
All she believes and loves deep inside
She must conceal from everyone else
From what she knows, and what she feels

She was taught all her life
To stay quiet and refined
Such a heart must be breached
To be finally let out and freed
She is tired of pretending and lies
She wants the world to see her cries
And how she can no longer hide her heart...
