A beautiful girl

by Rae osborn   May 7, 2007

A beautiful girl in a world full of ugly souls
not ugly by looks but by mind
they tell her shes fat

A beautiful girl
torn down and spit on
they tell her shes worthless

A beautiful girl
cries at night
nobody cares or shares her pain

A beautiful girl
screams out in pain
nobody knows the shame that lays on her shoulders

A beautiful girl
raises every time she falls
and proves them all wrong

A beautiful girl
tears stream down her face
not because shes hurt but because she won this race

A beautiful girl
in an ugly world
holds her head up high

For the beautiful girl didn't give up
and quit all all the rest
she gave life her best

Soon everyone seen
just how beautiful this girl was

* Okay may not rhyme but its true! thanks to my mom who helped pull me though when i was so hurt by what people said.. if it wasn't for my mom I'd prolly be dead right now! <3 Rae 5-7-07
